Roald Pl, Leumeah

This page is inclusive of two neighbouring projects. Both of which were newly-built houses on unfenced lots, which we completed as homes from landscape and engineer plans.

Combined, these jobs involved the construction of 75 metres of concrete retaining walls up to 1.6 metres high, as well as hardwood fencing to meet the council koala habitat regulations. Our team completely turfed both properties from from back to front and laid synthetic turf in an area with limited sunlight to keep the area green and tidy.

Be sure to check out the unique hardscapes of these jobs. At one property we constructed a merbau deck and hardwood sleeper stairs with turf infill. At the neighbouring property we built concrete stairs and turf-infilled, corten steel stairs on the opposite side of the patio.
